NCC RENT SAS provides chauffeur-driven transfer services via a web portal and app called NCC LINK.
Billing
- Drivers are prohibited from soliciting tips
- Any additional costs will be accounted for on the customer’s statement, where applicable
- All published rates are subject to change without notice
- All fees are calculated in local currency and invoiced in EUR
- Applicable taxes (10%) are charged and already added to the final price shown

Cancellation and no-show penalties
Cancellation penalties equal to the rate confirmed at the time of booking will apply unless:
- Sedan, minivan and luxury vehicles are canceled more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time (A 3.5% credit card fee will be deducted from the total refunded cost)
- A no-show fee equal to the base fare price of the trip, plus any applicable waiting time charges, will be charged when the passenger(s) does not arrive at the designated location. To avoid a no-show penalty, call +39 0331 371707 if you are unable to locate your vehicle
- Animals are allowed in NCC RENT vehicles
- Small pets must be kept on a leash or placed in a carrying case and must not travel in the seat next to the driver
- To ensure a smooth ride for both you and your pet it is best to call us in advance at +39 0331 371707 to make arrangements to match you with a pet-friendly driver
Pet Policy
Other
- NCC RENT SAS, nor any of its subcontractors or affiliates, will be responsible or assume any responsibility or liability of any kind for any lost personal property or any other items left in a vehicle
- Under no circumstances will NCC RENT SAS or any of its subcontractors or affiliates be held liable for damages of any kind caused by delays in performance or failure to perform, in whole or in part, their obligations in relation to the services, where such delay or failure is due in part to fire, earthquake, weather, traffic, road construction, strike, government-approved embargo, flood, act of God, act of war or terrorism, act of any public authority or sovereign government, riot, delay caused by any air or land carrier or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of NCC RENT SAS, its subcontractors or affiliates
- NCC RENT SAS supplies child seats
- The following items are prohibited by NCC RENT SAS: alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives and fireworks
